BATEMAN is the world leader in modular engineered transportable process plants for mining and
minerals processing applications.

The concept was developed by BATEMAN nearly three decades ago and has progressed steadily ever
since. As new technology was proven this has been added to the range of modules made available to
clients.

Most of these plants have been used for diamond recovery, but the range has been expanded steadily
to cover other minerals processing applications

A BATEMAN diamond recovery module at sea. Modules for marine environments are designed and constructed out of materials which cope with the harsh marine environment

A modular coal washing plant handling 180 t/hr of ROM coal – one of the world’s largest single cyclone modular plants to be used for coal processing.

This 50 t/h diamond recovery plant in a remote location in Angola is easy to transport, set up on site and requires minimal maintenance.

Modules for permafrost or severe winter conditions are completely housed with insulated and heated treatment plants, enclosed conveyor galleries with timber flooring and handrails. Utilidors are used for process and fresh water piping and/or heat tracing and water tanks are located within the module or specially designed for exterior location.

An andalusite processing plant, comprising a combination of 30 t/h and 50 t/h DMS modules, fully erected after testing at the works.

The main module of the andalusite processing plant being dismantled and loaded onto a low-bed transporter for delivery to site.

BATEMAN density tracers improve DMS recoveries. They are used primarily to test the performance efficiency of dense media separation (DMS)
cyclone plants and
other beneficiation processes involving density differential.

The tracers are colour coded according to density and are easy to spot and separate from the host material.
